Now we’re on the hunt for a Product Marketing Manager for Lime CRM who shares our passion for driving growth and innovation.
The role
You’ll be the architect behind how Lime CRM is positioned and talked about. Working closely with product management, sales and the rest of marketing, you’ll turn features into benefits and stories that land with our audience, and bring them to life on our website and in our other channels. You’ll combine creativity with analytics to build product marketing that informs, inspires and generates pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Own the value propositions, messaging and proof points that set Lime CRM apart
- Turn key features into customer-facing benefits across our channels
- Plan and run end-to-end launches with Product Management and Sales for both new, and own the GTM planning
- Equip sales with pitch decks and enablement material
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and product campaigns in to drive awareness and leads
- Track market trends, customer needs and competitors to inform positioning and product strategy
- Measure and report on the impact towards set product marketing initiatives and targets
- Build AI workflows into how we do product marketing, for more efficiency, quality and scale

Kvalifikationer
Experiences & skills
- Degree in marketing, business or similar
- Proven product marketing experience from an international SaaS or tech company, including GTM strategies and launches
- Strong project and stakeholder management, used to leading complex cross-functional projects
- Strategic and data-driven, with a track record of making decisions and executing them at pace
- Able to explain complex ideas clearly and simply, in writing and in front of a room
- Comfortable with tools such as CRM, marketing automation, a website CMS (e.g. WordPress) and AI tools like Claude
- Curiosity and passion about the difference great products make to customers’ everyday work, with a genuine technical interest and acumen.
- A team player who enjoys working across departments
- Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Who will you be working with?
You’ll join a team of 16 at our headquarters in Lund, with expertise in SEO/GEO, graphic design, copywriting, performance marketing, web, customer marketing, partnerships and field marketing. We create most content centrally and activate it locally with field marketers across our European offices. You’ll work closely with product management and with sales and marketing teams throughout Europe. We run many projects in parallel, love bouncing ideas around and like having fun together.
