As our Head Waiter, you will:

• Lead and support the service team during daily operations
• Deliver warm, professional, and memorable guest experiences
• Present menus, wines, and pairings with confidence and enthusiasm
• Maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to create seamless guest experiences
• Support and develop colleagues through coaching and leadership

Who you are

We're looking for someone who combines professional expertise with curiosity, passion, and a genuine love for hospitality.

You bring:

• 5-10 years of experience from fine dining restaurants
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong food and wine knowledge
• Experience from Michelin-starred or comparable restaurants is an advantage
• High standards, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset
• A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English is required. Additional language skills, including Norwegian, are highly valued and help us create exceptional experiences for guests from around the world.
