Do you want to be part of revolutionizing the Fintech industry? As a Scrum Master & Frontend Developer at Advisa you will have a significant influence on the company's tech product. You will also have the opportunity to guide your team on how to improve the work process of building applications used by hundreds of thousands of customers.

As Scrum Master & Frontend Developer you will:
Take a combined role where you carefully will guide your team through the work process on how to use Agile practises to create better value for the customer, as well as to build high quality code in modern frameworks. You will work in close collaboration to the Engineering Manager and the Product Owner in a cross functional team, where you will educate and support them in refining the product backlog etc.

Other responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader of the team - support the team to work more efficiently and quickly together, coaching the team in reaching higher level of agile maturity and self organization.
  • Learning and sharing agile practices, encouraging the growth of the agile culture.
  • Push to remove impediments to improve the teams productivity.
  • Build a safe environment where problems will be raised and be a sounding board for discussion. Assist the team with external and internal information.
  • Work in a team that values high quality code, use code review for every change and constantly evaluates our practices to make sure we grow as developers.
  • Have great power to affect the work to optimize the most simple and efficient loan comparison service on the market.

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?
If you are solution-oriented, enjoy challenges and are open to new ways of working and thinking, you could be the one we are looking for. You value great transparent teamwork and are used to manage feedback on a daily basis. Furthermore, you are looking to continuously improve our product and join the fintech revolution.


  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience from working as a Frontend Developer after finishing your University degree.
  • Have at least one year of working experience as a Scrum Master and have knowledge about Agile processes and know how to assess and support a team to evolve.
  • Have extensive front-end experience with technologies and frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue.js, SASS/LESS, ES6, Angular.js, etc

If you have more technical competence from for instance AB-testing or from UX, that’s even better!
