At Tele2, the central Devices team manages the company's handset and hardware business end to end — assortment, suppliers, pricing, forecasting and lifecycle — for both consumers and businesses. We are now strengthening the team with a role dedicated to our B2B customers, from small businesses to large enterprises and the public sector. You will sit in the Devices team but work every day alongside our B2B organization, helping customers digitalize and secure their businesses with the right hardware.

About the job

As B2B Device Manager, you will own the product execution behind Tele2's B2B device offering, with particular focus on B2B-specific and customer-unique requirements — the products that fall outside the standard consumer assortment.

You will act as the link between B2B Sales, B2B Commercial, Bid Management, our Solutions product teams, Supply Chain and our supplier network. The role works in close partnership with the B2B Handset & Accessories Commercial Product Manager: where the Commercial Product Manager owns the commercial strategy and customer proposition, you own the product expertise and execution that turn that strategy into competitive assortments, availability, forecasts and operational implementation. Together, the two roles secure an end-to-end approach from commercial direction to delivered product.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge across B2B-relevant devices and hardware
• Managing B2B-specific and customer-unique products throughout their lifecycle, from sourcing to end-of-life
• Sourcing exotic and customer-unique devices — supplier outreach, validating and refining supplier responses, and proposing alternatives from the standard assortment where sourcing is not feasible
• Translating customer demand, tenders and the sales pipeline into structured supply-chain forecasts, and consolidating B2B demand into Tele2's overall device forecast
• Securing product availability and supplier support for customer opportunities
• Providing price and cost input to B2B calculations and supporting customer-unique pricing
• Configuring B2B and customer-unique products in relevant systems — ERP setup, article data and e-commerce enablement
• Supporting tenders and bids as the product expert, validating product content and supplier responses
• Monitoring inventory and proactively managing obsolete or slow-moving stock for customer-unique products, including product transitions and replacement recommendations
• Providing product and market insight to B2B assortment, pricing and commercial decisions
• Driving continuous improvement in product governance, forecasting and operational processes

Mandatory qualifications:

• Several years of experience in product management, category management, commercial management or a similar role.
• Experience working with mobile devices, consumer electronics, IT hardware or related product categories.
• Experience working closely with sales teams, preferably within B2B.
• Understanding of pricing, product lifecycle management, demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience coordinating activities across sales, supply chain, pricing and product organizations.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience from the telecom, handset or device industry.
• Experience supporting public or private-sector tenders and bid processes.
• Experience managing customer-specific products, pricing or assortments.
• Familiarity with B2B e-commerce, ERP, product information or pricing systems.
• Experience managing product transitions, end-of-life products and obsolete stock.
