Wiraya’s business model is built on delivering our products as a managed service on a subscription basis. The Onboarding Managers are crucial to get our clients up and running with the service and ensure that we deliver value as fast as possible. At the same time, the Onboarding Managers are key to provide feedback on how to develop our products.
You will be part of Onboarding & Support which is a discipline within the Product team, and you will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will have Onboarding peers in both London and Stockholm. Our onboarding managers are organised around our key industry verticals, and you will lead the onboarding experience in the iGaming vertical.
In your role, you will act as a trusted advisor when managing the onboarding process. This normally includes; customer communication, target group selection, business monitoring, channel expertise and follow-ups on set KPI’s. Given your expertise knowledge about our products you will also support our sales team in the later stages of the sales funnel.
You probably have a few years experience working in the iGaming industry, and we believe that you have experience CRM, marketing or other related areas. You come with great experience of project management, but most of all you love putting the client first and do what it takes to set up an enjoyable and scalable onboarding experience. If you have some technical understanding of things like API:s, it’s a plus - but not a must.
