Main goal

The Ticketing Operations Coordinator supports the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing operations for UEFA EURO 2028. The role is responsible for coordinating venue teams, training programmes, workforce logistics, ticket production activities and operational equipment, while providing support to venue teams and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tournament ticketing operations. In addition, the role may support ticketing operations activities for UEFA club competitions and other UEFA events, contributing to operational projects as required.

Key responsibilities

Venue Teams & Workforce Management

  • Conduct interviews and support the recruitment of EURO 2028 ticketing venue teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the onboarding and offboarding of ticketing venue teams
  • Plan and coordinate ticketing workforce logistics requirements (transport, accommodation, accreditation)
  • Define venue-specific staffing and shift plans for ticketing venue teams and the Ticketing Hub, where applicable

Training & Knowledge Management

  • Plan and organise logistics for face-to-face training sessions for EURO 2028 venue teams
  • Produce comprehensive training materials for venue ticketing teams, volunteers and freelancers
  • Develop e-learning modules, FAQs, presentations and other knowledge-sharing resources for ticketing stakeholders
  • Support colleagues in the development and maintenance of ticketing training content

Logistics & Equipment Management

  • Manage ticketing material inventory and coordinate the procurement, preparation and distribution of materials and equipment, including laptops, BOCA printers and other operational devices
  • Ensure all ticketing equipment is operational, appropriately allocated and available throughout tournament activities

Tournament Operations Support

  • Provide operational support and guidance to venue ticketing teams throughout tournament operations
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of ticketing operational processes and procedures
  • Support venue teams in the resolution and escalation of ticketing operational issues during tournament operations

Stakeholder Management & Administration

  • Support paper ticket production processes and coordinate all related stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of ticket production milestones
  • Serve as the ticketing point of contact for internal competence centres, including Central Services, Workforce and Accreditation
  • Collect and record invoices through the procurement system and coordinate with the Finance department to facilitate payment processing

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • from 2 to 3 years of experience in event management, ideally in ticketing or another related area

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, sports management or other relevant field

Languages:

  • Fluent in English

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
