We are looking for a rockstar office manager! You will be the front end for visitors and the backend for the team. It takes a diverse set of skills to do this, and we think you love to wear many hats...including fur hats.
You love structure and have the ability to adapt to new situations.
You will organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures, and create and maintain an amazing work environment.

As an Office Manager, you will:

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Welcome visitors and provide general support to meetings.
  • Preparing payroll, receipts handling, and economy reporting.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Purchasing office and kitchen supplies and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Make strong ginger shots.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Word, Docs, Excel, Sheets, Google Slides.

It would be great if you also:

  • Have economy experience, booking, payroll.
  • Are used to working in Fortnox.
  • Have executive assistant experience.
