We are currently looking for office support trainees for the trainee periods starting in March 2027 and May 2027. The position suits first- and second-year law students who wish to see how a law firm functions on a daily basis and are eager to put their skills into practice.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an office support trainee, you will be taking care of practical matters involved with the daily “running” of the office, e.g. post-room, delivering mail and shipments, copying, filling stocks as well as catering and helping in organising internal and external events. Additionally, you will be taking care of our reception and switchboard. In practice, this means telephone communication, welcoming guests, organising meetings, and taking care of travel arrangements. During your traineeship, you will also have the opportunity to occasionally assist our Compliance & KM Team with library-related tasks and legal research. The duration of the employment and your working hours will be agreed on separately.
What We Expect from You
As this is a trainee position, we do not expect you to know everything, but to ensure that you will be able to succeed in your duties, we do require:
Most of all, we value positive attitude and willingness to develop.
What We Can Offer You?
At Hannes Snellman, we cherish a sense of community, and with us, you will be part of the team from day one. Before diving into your duties, you will participate in a comprehensive orientation. Our trainees also have the chance to get together in a more informal setting when we organise traditional trainee evenings or other fun events. As we are determined to maximise your learning experience as a trainee, you will receive regular feedback and have the opportunity to attend our HS Academy lectures and mentoring breakfasts on a variety of topics. We also offer you a competitive hourly wage of EUR 16.50, along with good benefits (lunch and recreation benefit, and a ticket for public transport).
