Job Description
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple locations, partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, driving recruitment best practices while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Examples:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing through to offer management and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a technology, software, or professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships at multiple levels of the business.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple locations, functions, and levels of seniority, including hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience recruiting internationally across EMEA or global markets.
- Previous experience supporting high-growth technology or software organizations.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent sourcing tools.
