As Executive Strategic Advisor to our Executive Vice President, B2B, you’ll work close to commercial priorities and help turn strategy into action. You’ll bring clarity to what matters, connect teams and follow priorities through to delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant higher education on Master’s level.
• 4-8 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, transformation, a leadership office, or a comparable role in a complex business.
• Well-developed analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to convert complex business information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience taking a strategy, workstream or cross-functional initiative from problem definition into coordinated execution.

About the role and team

B2B is focused on growth, customer outcomes, operational performance and simplification. You’ll work closely with the Executive Vice President, B2B and collaborate with leaders and initiative owners across business units and functions. You’ll help create a clear view of priorities, progress, risks and decisions needed, while enabling business leaders to retain ownership of delivery.

What you’ll do

• Translate B2B priorities into coordinated plans with clear outcomes, owners, milestones, measures and dependencies.
• Strengthen the leadership operating rhythm by planning meetings, preparing materials, capturing decisions and following up on actions. This includes tracking progress and surface risks, delays and decisions needed early.
• Coordinate across teams, clarify hand-offs and help resolve barriers to delivery.
• Prepare concise briefings and recommendations for the Executive Vice President, B2B, and constructively challenge plans when needed.
• Support selected strategic change and improvement initiatives through to follow-through.

What you’ll bring

You’ll combine analytical thinking with a practical commercial mindset. You can connect information across teams, make complex issues clear for senior leaders and use data to understand progress. You’re comfortable getting buy-in without formal authority and can keep priorities moving with tact and persistence.

You’ll bring integrity, discretion and a low-ego approach to the role. Experience from strategy or management consultancy is an advantage, particularly if you’ve helped put recommendations into practice. Experience with commercial, customer, technology or operational transformation is also valuable.

Practical information

The role is based in Stockholm with a hybrid setup and at least three days per week in the office. Regular travel and responsiveness at key moments are expected. GlobalConnect does not offer relocation packages or work visa sponsorship for this role.
