Are you our new HR colleague?

Haglöfs AB is now recruiting a HR Generalist to our head office in Kallhäll, Stockholm, Sweden. The position is a permanent full-time position and will report directly to the Global HR Manager.


Main responsibilities and tasks

Your responsibility will be to work with broad HR global issues with a focus on supporting the managers, but also employees. Your work will also include administrative work. Creating employment contracts and communication with external parties our external payroll suppliers globally, recruitment suppliers and occupational health care etc.

Other tasks that you will be dealing with:

  • Employee development - be an administrative support in the work on planning and implementation of annual training plans and follow-up of development talks in collaboration with responsible managers.
  • Work environment - follow up sickness absence and overtime statistics, participate in work environment committee meetings, follow up rehab cases, conduct yearly employee survey.
  • Recruitment – responsible for the process in cooperation with responsible managers.
  • Salaries and benefits - coordinate work with external payroll suppliers and responsible managers, participate in payroll mapping and annual salary audit.
  • Support our managers in HR area questions

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone who is educated within HR or equivalent and has a couple of years of experience from a similar role.

We see it as a plus if you have worked in retail before.

We see you as having good communication skills in Swedish as in English, both written and verbal. Positive mind-set. You have strategic mind-set and ability to deal with ambiguous or complicated situations. Well-developed analytical and administrative skills – with an attitude of always improving our ways of working.
