Each year more than 250 000 people form all over the world Nordkapp and we're looking for team members to help them gather the best possible memories at the North Cape!

Our Ticketing and Guest Services team at Nordkapphallen are the first people most of our guests meet at Nordkapp and they are responsible for giving them a warm and professional welcome. This team is responsible for selling and checking tickets to the visitor center, as well as guest information and the safety of our visitors. We are now looking for a motivated and independent team member to join us!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting individual and group guests
  • Ticket sales and upselling
  • Voucher-control and invoicing of groups
  • Guest information in person, e-mail and phone
  • Ensure good communication between the departments, as well as with groups and cruise dispatch
  • Safety- and security routines
  • Cash- and credit handling

As a member of the Ticketing and Guest Services team you will work closely with the F&B and Gift Shop teams, and report to the Service Manager.

Skills & Requirements

Because Scandic Destination Nordkapp welcomes visitors and team members from all over the world, all our team members must speak and write English fluently. Skills in any Scandinavian language are appreciated. Please note any additional language skills in your application.

Other experience, skills or qualities we are looking for:

  • Minimum high school education
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent and motivated
  • Interested in life and history in the Arctic
  • Flexible, responsible and reliable
  • Driver's license class B is preferable

This is a permanent fulltime position with startup medio-November 2026 according to agreement. The position will require work on evenings, weekends and public holidays based on posted schedule.

Hourly salary and compensation is based on the collective agreement Riksavtalen for Hotell og Restaurant (LO/NHO). The company can assist with accommodation during the startup period.
