The Talent Acquisition Sourcer role at Meltwater presents itself as a unique opportunity in an environment which puts people and culture front and centre. To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to create fantastic job postings, research, network with passive candidates, work closely with recruiters, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. You will be talking about the Meltwater strategy and articulate career opportunities that engage passive talent. You thrive in researching and hunting via internet, phone or any available channels. You are exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Become a member of a tight-knit partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring manager to develop and execute on sourcing strategies aimed at generating a pipeline of top candidates for a variety of sales and non-sales roles
  • Conduct market analysis and industry research to inform recruiters and hiring managers
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the talent needs of the business and create an effective search strategy to fill open positions
  • Maintain both fast turnaround, and long-term, relationship-driven, prospect pipelines
  • Generate leads/source candidates through direct sourcing methods
  • Develop and lead projects and initiatives to increase candidate pipeline, such as onsite events and meet-ups
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills to optimize results which meet, or exceed, target metrics
  • Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system
  • Work cross-functionally with Human Resources and Technology team to seamlessly onboard new employees and ensure a fully integrated and immersive new hire onboarding experience
  • Coordinate new hire orientation together with Recruitment Manager and Managing Directors
  • Managing and tracking candidates through their journey prior to hire, including scheduling hiring events and completing new hire paperwork

Skills & Requirements

We would love to see

  • 1 year of sourcing experience, acquired in either in-house sourcing, or RPO/on-site sourcing management for client roles (including a high degree of stakeholder and HR interaction), or working as a researcher/junior consultant with a headhunter/recruitment agency
  • Experience building and developing pipelines of qualified candidates
  • An excellent communicator in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
  • Thrives and can prioritize in an agile, rapidly changing international environment.
  • A team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
  • Inquisitive, Curious personality, enjoys learning and discovery
  • Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail
  • Creative, and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Strong focus on delivery and drive for results
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google products
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
