We are now looking for an CRO & Experimentation Lead to join our Marketing & eCommerce team in Stockholm and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Apollo.
As we are still in the early stages of building our experimentation capability, this is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in shaping how experimentation is done across the organization. You will define ways of working, build engagement, introduce best practices, and help establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution, you will work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Analysts and Software Engineers to turn insights into experiments that drive measurable impact on customer experience and business performance.
What you'll be responsible for
As our CRO & Experimentation Lead, you will own the vision, roadmap and execution of Apollo's experimentation agenda. You will be the driving force behind embedding experimentation into how we develop products, optimize customer journeys and make business decisions. By bringing together data, customer insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will help create a culture where learning and continuous improvement become part of everyday decision-making.
