At Koenigsegg, quality is built into every stage of production. As an Internal Quality Engineer, you will work close to Production, Engineering and supporting functions to investigate quality concerns, resolve deviations, and strengthen product and process quality across our Hypercar manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of internal quality issues and production deviations.
- Coordinate containment, corrective actions, and follow-up to ensure effective and sustainable resolution.
- Manage internal and supplier-related non-conformities and quality claims.
- Support Production with hands-on quality problem solving and evaluation of compliance with drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and company standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and Service to resolve issues and support production continuity.
- Analyze recurring quality concerns and provide structured feedback to improve product and process robustness.
- Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement of internal quality processes and standards.

Who you are
You are a structured, analytical, and hands-on quality professional who takes ownership of issues and follows them through to closure.
You are comfortable working close to production, challenging unclear conditions, and using facts and data to support decisions.
We believe you have
- A relevant technical education within Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience within Quality, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a similar technical function.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, tolerances, and engineering requirements.
- Experience with structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Practical knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment.
- Good understanding of non-conformity management, containment, corrective actions, and verification.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and strong cross-functional communication skills.
Experience with Monitor ERP, 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks, CATIA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, GD&T, or supplier quality is considered an advantage.
