Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, through project closure.
- Lead Adobe Experience Cloud implementation, migration, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Collaborate with clients, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Coordinate multiple project workstreams across technical, business, and operational teams.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting.
- Ensure projects comply with contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, hypercare, and project sign-off.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to project estimations, delivery planning, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer and transition to support or managed services teams.
Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
- 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Cloud implementation projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects with budgets, timelines, and resource constraints.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
