B2B Channel Marketing Manager – DACH

To further strengthen the global B2B marketing function we are looking for a talented and self driven B2B Channel Marketing Manager to develop, plan, present, execute, monitor and adjust all local as well as global B2B channel marketing activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). In this role, you will work very close with our Channelsales and be responsible for the co-marketing activities which drives/creates the opportunity pipeline. In this role it is also very important to support Sales with recruitment, induction, education and enabling the resellers as well as all for all partner communications. F-Secure’s business model is 100% channel driven.

In order to succeed in this role we expect strong interpersonal skills with exceptional can-do attitude and desire to deliver measurable results with modern and digital marketing tactics. You’ll work side by side with local sales, technical pre-sales, local EndUser Marketing, PR colleagues and Partners in DACH, as well as with a team of experienced marketing colleagues at the HQ in Finland and around the globe.

You have a strong channel marketing background and understand ICT channels. You are well organized, you have strong team working attitude, and you are able to manage multiple projects at the same time, and enjoy seeing measurable results from channel marketing activities.

You will be part of an awesome team of experienced sales, technical and marketing professionals. The marketing function is performance driven – we want to understand the business impact of our channel driven campaigns and activities. You will enjoy this role if you are a marketer passionate about IT industry, get energized by end-to-end responsibility, while being hands-on in marketing execution on lead generation through partners and channel activation. As the local channel marketer for our B2B offering, you will also enjoy meeting with the local partners in negotiating co-marketing activities.

Key responsibilities in this role are:

  • Co-Marketing activity planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization together with our Sales and our Partners to ensure measurable sales opportunity pipeline creation
  • Regular Partner communication which resonates as well as the German speaking part of our Partner Portal
  • Marketing budget management and ROI control
  • Our yearly local Partner Summit

In order to be successful in this position you need to have:

  • 5+ years in a B2B channel marketing role within ICT Industry with a proven track-record in significant results on demand generation and sales opportunity pipeline creation
  • Proactive approach, ability to think and act outside the box
  • Structured planning and budget management and co-marketing skills with a ROI driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Eloqua), Content Management (OCM) is an advantage
  • Team player with a good sense of humor
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good eye for details, ability to plan and execute concrete activities and results end to end
