To partner with the Country Manager to develop and execute Vietnam’s commercial growth strategy, accelerate demand generation, strengthen retailer and distributor partnerships, and drive sales performance across all channels. Work on well-recognized global brands and campaigns.

What You’ll Do
As part of our sales team, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth across multiple markets.
Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Translate market opportunities into actionable growth plans.
- Lead annual customer and channel planning.
- Identify opportunities for distribution expansion and route-to-market optimization.
- Develop sales acceleration initiatives across key categories and brands.
Modern Trade Leadership
- Own senior relationships with key retailers.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with major accounts.
- Develop category growth strategies with customers.
- Improve execution, visibility and promotional effectiveness.
Route-to-Market & Channel Development
- Review and optimize distributor coverage and performance.
- Improve market penetration and customer reach.
- Identify new channels and growth opportunities.
- Drive distribution expansion programs.
Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership
- Work across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
- Ensure alignment between demand plans, promotions and supply.
- Lead commercial planning processes.
Sales Team Leadership
- Coach and develop KAMs.
- Improve commercial capability.
- Establish stronger planning and performance disciplines.
Health & Safety
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility for safe work practices and behaviors.
- Report hazards, incidents, near misses, and injuries promptly.
- Support a culture of safety and wellbeing across the business.

Who We’re Looking For?
We're looking for a dynamic and driven sales professional who is passionate about commercial growth strategy, accelerate demand generation, strengthen retailer and distributor partnerships, and drive sales performance across all channels on the FMCG industry.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline.
- 7+ years’ experience in sales, key account management or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven experience developing and executing customers and channel growth strategies.
- Experience leading Joint Business Planning with major customers.
- Experience using market, customer and sales data to identify growth opportunities and drive commercial decisions.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing sales professionals.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
- Experience within FMCG, fresh produce or other consumer goods industries.
- Experience across both modern trade and traditional trade channels.
- Experience managing distributor and route-to-market strategies.
- Experience working within a regional or multinational organization.
