Lead Harness Technician

Koenigsegg is looking for Lead Harness Technicians to spearhead some of the most complex low-volume electrical systems in the automotive industry.
You will be at the forefront of building, testing, reworking and repairing advanced wiring harnesses for our vehicles—from prototype development to production. Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Production, you will also help define our manufacturing methods, raise workmanship standards and develop the capabilities of the harness team.
Key responsibilities
- Manufacture wiring harnesses , cables and electrical assemblies.
- Contribute to prototyping, development and problem-solving.
- Perform troubleshooting, deliver reliable repairs and rapid engineering modifications.
- Improve tooling, quality, processes and manufacturing documentation.
- Be an example in manufacturing excellence.
- Coach other technicians and help establish internal workmanship and competency standards.

Skills & Requirements
You have significant, relevant professional experience—ideally in complex, low-volume harness manufacturing within high-performance automotive, motorsport, aerospace, defence or another high-reliability environment.
You also bring:
- A strong understanding of wiring harness craftsmanship and methodology.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and independently manufacture complete harnesses.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to quality.
- Professional working English and clear technical communication skills.
Experience with concentric construction, high-speed communication wiring, CAN, LIN, automotive Ethernet, HV assemblies, potting or moulded transitions is advantageous. IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification and previous mentoring experience are also valued.
