The Opportunity

At Stellar Capacity, we're looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Content Intern to help us bring our brand and programs to life through strong design and engaging content.

In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing, sales and program teams on everything from social media and newsletters to program launches and event coverage. This is a chance to gain hands-on marketing experience at a fast-moving company at the forefront of AI, leadership, and learning, where your work will be seen from day one.

Your Role

• Help bring our programs and ideas to life through creative materials — from presentations and pitch decks to newsletters and program brochures.
• Create and schedule content for our social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Capture and edit photos, short videos, and participant stories at our programs, workshops, and events.
• Support the launch and promotion of programs such as the AI Executive Program and Future Foresight Program.
• Help shape how Stellar Capacity shows up online by updating our website and program pages with fresh, engaging content and visuals.
• Track the performance of content and campaigns, identify what works and suggest ways we can improve.
• Support lead generation by finding creative ways to reach new audiences and turn interest in our programs into new opportunities.

What You Bring

• A creative eye and a strong sense of visual communication
• Strong writing skills in Swedish and English
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe or similar, and confidence in creating content for social media
• A curiosity about AI, technology, and leadership, and an interest in making complex topics easy to understand
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring your own ideas to the table
• Strong attention to detail, whether it's catching a typo, refining a presentation, or noticing when something feels slightly off-brand
• Comfort with variety and switching between creative projects and hands-on tasks
• An eagerness to learn, experiment, and develop your skills in a fast-moving environment
