Working in the KPMG Cyber Security team within Management Consulting, you will be part of a global organization working across various industries together with competent and inspiring colleagues.
Our Cyber security department consists of a tight knit group of specialists collaborating and sharing experiences daily. At KPMG, you will have a senior role in our local team, but also be a part of the global team of experts who provides advisory services within Cyber security, Strategy and Governance, ISMS design and implementation, IAM, Forensic investigations, Operational Resilience, IT-due diligence and more.

The Cyber department of approximately 40 colleagues is part of KPMGs Advisory practice, a social and familiar group of about 800 colleagues with broad competence and expertise within advisory services across multiple sectors.
Your role
As a Microsoft Security Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for Microsoft’s suite of security products. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft security solutions and the ability to articulate and implement true value across Microsoft’s portfolio to our target clients.
We expect you to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Microsoft Security Products that aligns with our growth objectives.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in our target accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments and partnerships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Security Products, including Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Security Copilot.
- Provide technical expertise, prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations and presentations to existing and prospective clients demonstrating the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Execute projects, playing a hands-on role in project realization and implementation.
- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills & Requirements
We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking and business minded Microsoft security professional with at least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in close collaboration with Microsoft. You should be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. Key competences should include, but are not limited to areas below:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Security technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Security Copilot
- Strong background in business development, presales, and project execution.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to drive strategic growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Great leadership skills.
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on industry trend

- Hold relevant Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Security Copilot.
- Are used to working in an international context with cross border engagements.
