Operational Lead Cyber Security

At Lantmännen, our mission is to create value from Field to Fork. Our businesses play an important role in food production, agriculture, energy and infrastructure, making cyber security a critical part of ensuring stable and secure operations. We are now looking for an Operational Lead Cyber Security who wants to help strengthen our cyber resilience while enabling the continued development of our business. If you are motivated by collaboration, continuous improvement and making a real impact, this could be your next challenge.

This is what you will do
In this key role, you will work closely with business units, IT teams and external partners to strengthen Lantmännen's cyber resilience. You will coordinate incident response activities, ensure effective collaboration across stakeholders, and drive improvements to security processes, services and capabilities.

When major security incidents occur, you will take the lead in coordinating response efforts, involving the right stakeholders, supporting decision-making and ensuring established procedures are followed. You will also proactively identify trends, analyze recurring incidents and drive remediation activities to reduce future risk.

You will take ownership of key security services and operational processes, including areas such as the Security Operations Center (SOC), security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and relevant security tooling such as SIEM and EDR/XDR. Together with service owners, vendors and managed security partners, you will set expectations, follow up on performance and ensure that our security capabilities evolve in line with the threat landscape and business needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders across our businesses and within the IT organization, driving the agenda for continuous improvement and helping to build a strong security function that safely enables the business.

The role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities. You will contribute to long-term planning, capability development and process improvements while remaining hands-on and pragmatic when security incidents or urgent operational matters arise. Success in the role requires a structured and collaborative approach, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to take ownership when needed.

You will be part of the IT Operations team at Lantmännen, a Group function supporting all business units, and report to the Manager Competence Center Operation and Security Center. You can be located in either Stockholm or Malmö.
