Dustin is expanding the successful CEO Trainee program that we have had for several years to include a Finance Trainee. The position is a unique opportunity to get a broad understanding of both Financial reporting and Business Control in a growing e-commerce IT company for one year. You will gain valuable insights on how a growing listed company works from a financial perspective.
Our names are Irma Nisu and Björn Möller and together we are recruiting for this position. You will be a part of our teams that are responsible for financial analysis, external and management reporting as well as financial planning. The teams are in an exciting process of taking the next steps to become an excellent finance department playing a key role in the company’s decision making.
As Finance Trainee you will have a close collaboration with the Head of Business Control and the Head of Group Reporting, which allows you to be a part of the company’s annual cycle. You´ll get challenging and varied tasks, a broad network of contacts while working in various Dustin projects throughout the Nordics and the Netherlands. With the right attitude you get the tool set needed for a successful career in a leading E-commerce company.
In this role you will get the possibility to participate in projects interacting directly with the CFO which will develop your skills rapidly. With us you will evolve your capabilities while contributing to the never-ending development of the largest E-commerce platform in the Nordics.
The Finance Trainee program starts in September 2019 and ends in August 2020. It will include 2-4 rotations on different assignments between Business Control and Group Reporting. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other trainees within Dustin. After you have completed the program you will be offered a permanent employment within Dustin.
We are looking for exceptional individuals, probably with a degree in Economics, business administration or Industrial Management & Engineering and up to two years of work life experience. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Previous leadership experiences and / or extracurricular activities are meritorious. You have outstanding analytical skills, a great drive, a prestigeless mindset and high ambitions to develop. You are result oriented and not afraid of taken your own initiatives. And most of all, you have strong social and collaboration skills. We win as a team!
