A bit about the role:

As a Land Product Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting, creating and delivering the land-based experiences that make our expeditions truly memorable. From hotels and transfers to pre- and post-cruise programs, you will help ensure that every element of our guests’ journey is carefully planned, reliably delivered and aligned with the HX promise.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Contribute to the the development and management of our land product portfolio, including hotels, transfers, pre- and post-programs and other destination services.
  • Work with local suppliers and partners to secure the capacity, allotments, rates and commercial terms needed to support our sales and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate land services during both normal operations and irregular or last-minute situations, ensuring our guests continue to receive a seamless experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hotels, DMCs and other local suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure agreed quality, safety and service standards are consistently met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes, procedures and supplier audits.
  • Maintain accurate hotel contracts, pricing, service standards and product information.
  • Provide clear and reliable product information to internal stakeholders across the business.
  • Participate in the creation and development of HX tours, packages and destination experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Air & Land team and Hotel Inventory Coordinator to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Contribute proactively to the wider team and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, with experience from a tour operator, DMC, or cruise operator and strong knowledge of travel operations and logistics, especially in remote destinations with limited infrastructure
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills, global mindset, and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tech-forward and adaptable, with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
