Portfolio Value Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prioritize new initiatives based on strategic alignment, value, and portfolio fit.
- Partner with Sponsors to define problem statements, business outcomes, and executive presentations.
- Provide oversight across 70+ initiatives from Discovery through Implementation.
- Conduct value assessments and support investment and prioritization decisions.
- Develop Lean Business Cases, Epics, roadmaps, and portfolio governance materials.
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, progress, and strategic alignment.
- Prepare monthly portfolio reviews, executive presentations, and portfolio reports.
- Partner with business and technology teams to drive strategic initiatives and value realization.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, business transformation, product management, or strategy.
- Experience managing complex business/technology initiatives and portfolios.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business case development, governance, and value management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial services or banking experience.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, SAFe, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience with portfolio management, roadmaps, Epics, and Lean Business Cases.
