Roschier is looking to hire Associate Lawyers to join its private M&A and Real Estate teams in Helsinki for fall 2026 and spring 2027.

Roschier is a leading law firm in the Nordic region with offices in Helsinki and Stockholm. We specialize in business law and cover a broad range of practice areas. The firm is well known for its excellent track record of advising on demanding international business law assignments and large-scale transactions. In total, Roschier currently employs some 500 staff members.

Working as an Associate Lawyer at Roschier

The work of an associate can vary depending on the group, project and client you work with. Here at Roschier, we work with leading blue-chip companies, best in class financial investors and most exciting growth companies and you will be involved in assignments that impact international business and market development. To provide you with the best foundation for your future, you will work on complex assignments and take on your own responsibilities early on in close collaboration with partners and senior colleagues.

Roschier's private M&A team is recognized for its ability to provide first-class legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of cross-border M&A transactions, ranging from industrial M&A to private equity, infrastructure, and venture capital deals. The team's approach to private M&A is built on an understanding of transactional realities, a genuine interest in our clients’ business and extensive experience in a wide range of industries. Roschier's private M&A team members combine a high degree of specialization with curiosity, passion, professionalism, and a strong commercial understanding.

Roschier's Real Estate team regularly advises leading private equity investors, institutions, real estate and infra funds, developers as well as listed and private corporations in complex and challenging corporate real estate and digital infrastructure transactions, complex project development matters as well as demanding asset management issues. The team has a long-standing experience in handling many of the largest and most high-profile cases in the market. Clients regularly praise the team for its deep business and industry understanding, ability to find creative solutions as well as pragmatic and commercially focused approach.

Cross-border cooperation, especially with our Stockholm office, is a cornerstone of the operations for the M&A and the Real Estate team. Both teams collaborate seamlessly with other practices of the firm to deliver optimal outcome for the client.

Your profile

We are looking for candidates with upcoming graduation, recent graduates, or candidates with approximately 2–3 years of experience in transactional matters. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Finnish and English is required.
