About the position
We are seeking a skilled Accountant, Accounts Receivable to join our OFSS (Oriola Financial Shared Services). The OFSS team consist of team members working with AP, AR and GL & Reporting. As an Accountant for the accounts receivables, you will play an important role in the team managing Oriola´s accounts receivable processes, where you also work together and support the other team members.
We are looking for someone with self-drive, a person who is curious and willing to learn and take on ad-hoc and new tasks.
Skills & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage the Accounts Receivables ledger
- Posting incoming payments
- Closing activities; GL-account reconciliations, accruals and deferrals and analysis
- Run reminder and collection work
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Participating in AR related projects
- Maintenance of credit limit master data and credit control analysis
- Communication with internal and external customers
Personal and experience requirements
- Experience from an equivalent role and/or three years of university education with financial specialization or higher education program with emphasis in finance and accounting.
- Experience from working with accounts receivable ledgers in terms of reminders and collections work, credit control, bank payment postings and month end closing activities.
- Social skills to handle business partners and collaborators within the company
- Be driven and able to progress on work tasks
- Good knowledge in Excel and other several IT systems
- Being flexible in terms of business and operational changes
- Good communication skills and knowledge in English, both in writing and in speech
