Job Summary
The ERP Specialist / ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, development, and support of Zenvo Automotive’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (MS 365 Business Central), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality to meet operational and strategic objectives. The role serves as a key point of contact for users and will lead the definition of business processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities
ERP System Management (Uniconta ERP / MS Business Central)
- Oversee configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
- Manage accurate entry and tracking of part numbers, BOMs, production orders, and inventory within ERP.
- Collaborate with IT or external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
- Provide ERP training and user support across departments to ensure correct usage and data input.
- Create and distribute reports to support planning, decision-making, and performance tracking.
Process Optimization
- Lead the development and improvement of ERP-driven and operational workflows.
- Drive initiatives to shorten lead times, enhance data reliability, and reduce cost inefficiencies.
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and finance to ensure operational alignment.
Compliance and reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational standards, and external regulations.
- Deliver reports and dashboards on inventory, ERP usage, and operational KPIs to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems and Business Analysis within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record working with ERP software (e.g. Uniconta, Business Central, Monitor, SAP, Dynamics)
- Experience in low volume, high-value production environments
