We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.

We are currently hiring a Product Manager to be based in Milan or Vercelli (hybrid work).

Your mission at Epassi

You will report to the Head of Product Italy and become a core member of the Italian product team. You’ll shape experiences that make work life better for thousands of employees across Europe, making your impact visible and meaningful every day.

This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of product vision and delivery. You will work closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, data specialists, commercial colleagues and external partners to craft innovative digital solutions, streamline delivery, and help drive the Group’s ambitious digital strategy forward.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead product discovery and delivery for new features and services related to corporate welfare, employee management, and digital wellbeing solutions.
• Define, structure, and prioritize the product roadmap, including AI-powered tools and insights
• Work within Agile teams to translate business requirements into real, iterative product deliveries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, data specialists, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive product solutions
• Produce clear product documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Support commercial teams with technical and product insights for complex sales opportunities
• Contribute to the rollout of the platform across other Group markets, including occasional travel to European offices

What you’ll be doing (daily):

• Running product discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate ideas and surface user needs
• Writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation that keep engineering and design aligned
• Prioritising the backlog and making trade-off decisions to keep delivery moving without sacrificing quality
• Joining Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and keeping cross-functional teams focused on outcomes
• Reviewing data and product analytics to assess feature performance and identify the next highest-impact opportunities
• Supporting sales and commercial colleagues with product input on complex deals or client-specific requirements
• Coordinating with Group product teams to align local roadmap items with the broader European platform strategy

What you should bring:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven organization, with a track record that goes beyond feature delivery
• Hands-on experience with data-driven products and AI-enabled features, including an understanding of prompt engineering, context injection, and AI tool orchestration
• Experience working across end-user interfaces, admin tools, and APIs
• Familiarity with product management and analytics tools (product analytics platforms, roadmap tools, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data structures and how they interact with front-end and back-end systems
• Experience in HR tech, welfare solutions, or AI-adjacent domains is a strong plus

Your language profile:
Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken. You are comfortable communicating with international stakeholders and cross-border teams.

Your track record:

• You have led product discovery and delivered features end to end, from problem definition through to live release and post-launch iteration
• You have driven measurable impact at an organisational level, influencing product strategy and not just executing on others' visions
• You have worked effectively in cross-functional environments, aligning engineers, designers, analysts, and commercial stakeholders around a shared product direction
• You have successfully worked on data-heavy or AI-powered products, translating complex technical capabilities into clear user value

• Cross-functional collaboration: You thrive in environments where you work alongside engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders, and you bring people together around a shared direction rather than working in silos.
• Impact and action orientation: You are motivated by the organisational difference your work makes, not just by shipping tickets, make decisions under uncertainty, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not outputs
• Accountability and growth mindset: You name specific decisions you made, own what went wrong without prompting, treat being wrong as information rather than a threat, and actively iterate on how you work, not just what you build.
