Are you a quality-driven technical communicator with a passion for structured compliance and precision engineering? At Verhaert Onsite Consulting, we embed high-caliber experts directly into our clients' teams to drive innovation and operational excellence. We are currently looking for a Documentation Engineer to support complex technical and validation projects for our industrial and pharmaceutical clients.
Your Impact
- Technical Authoring: Draft and refine clear, high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and detailed parts lists.
- Validation & Compliance: Compose and manage critical lifecycle documentation such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), risk analyses, Computer System Validation (CSV), and commissioning protocols.
- End-to-End Follow-up: Oversee documentation and validation workflows directly within production environments and onsite at customer locations to ensure seamless compliance.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical discipline—or equivalent experience through practice—along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical writing or validation engineering.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required for effective client collaboration.
- Industry Mindset: An analytical, quality-first approach with strong customer focus. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, particularly GMP and GAMP 5 standards, is a strong asset.
- Core Tools: Practical proficiency in standard software suites (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
