Consultant, Digital Strategy & Enablement

As a Consultant within Digital Strategy and Enablement, you are a vital player in helping our clients succeed with digital commerce. Your business experience means you're able to identify challenges and opportunities for digitalisation in conjunction with digital commerce. You're facilitating processes and workshops that will help our clients with clarity on what, why and how to succeed. Often you will find yourself in the centre of a digital transformation, where your experience with change and stakeholder management will help our client move forward with a structured process and plan.

With your knowledge about e-commerce and digital marketing best practises, you’re able to guide and advise our clients and delivery teams on an tactical and strategic level.

You're involved in both new and existing sales, and you grow and nurture your own pipeline of clients. You're able to travel between 40-60 days a year, helping our clients and teams all over Europe.

We’re not a digital marketing agency, but we’re looking for more strategic digital marketing experience in our consulting team to make sure we on a tactical and strategic level can guide and advise our clients in collaboration with their online marketing agency.

For the right hire, the role will be adjusted to meet the competence areas.

EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Facilitating workshops and processes for digital strategies, digital marketing and project roadmaps for our clients.
  • Helping the client establish goals and objectives and create solutions to meet them.
  • Analysis of the customers business plan / strategy.
  • Contribute to marketing activities, such as podcasts, publications, articles and events.
  • Grow and nurture new sales pipeline in close collaboration with local sales teams.
  • Manage client portfolio of key clients.

Skills & Requirements

As a Consultant, you're used to client-facing activities. You're outgoing and can easily take the room no matter the level you enter into the client's organisation. You can work pragmatically, but also strategic when needed.

We’re imaging that you have a background as senior ecommerce manager or agency side consultant.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Solid track record.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Project management experience, being able to run your own projects.
  • Retail and / or B2B experience.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, needing minimum direction.
  • Strategic thinker that can offer creative solutions and ideas, with the ability to translate and communicate data into actionable items.
