We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Finance Assistant to support our Mobile Cooking business unit from finance point of view.
The newly established Mobile Cooking business unit is part of Dometic Outdoor Standalone segment and marks an exciting evolution of the company CADAC, acquired in January 2022. The Mobile Cooking business unit is now the driving force behind the development, marketing, and sales of innovative mobile cooking appliances and accessories—primarily serving the EMEA region.
This role is based in Duiven, The Netherlands, close to the German border, where you’ll join a vibrant team of nearly 30 colleagues working in a collaborative and informal environment. Together with our teams in the UK, South Africa, and China, the Mobile Cooking family totals around 50 passionate professionals.
About the position
In this role you will be assisting the Finance & Administration Expert. The two of you will form the financial team responsible for Finance in Duiven.
You will be responsible for the daily business of the financial team, where the F&A expert will focus on the controlling analysing and reporting side.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Processing and paying of the incoming supplier invoices
- Processing bank statements
- Raising invoices and credits to the customers
- Assisting in month end-close
- Reconciliation of intercompany payables and receivables
- Creating and maintaining supplier / customer and material master data
- Credit control
- Expense reports and credit cards processing and control
- Assisting in improvement of internal control
- Assisting with preparation of internal and external audits
- Other administrational tasks
- Support, if necessary, of inside sales and logistics

Skills & Requirements
A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
- Minimal MBO-4 level in finance administration by education or experience
- Some experience with finance administration in an international environment is required
- Basic finance administration skills
- Good level of English and Dutch language in wording and writing
- Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office tools
