As Performance Management, Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead, you will help establish a common approach across our operations in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Your work will contribute to more stable delivery, higher productivity, and a better customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • Solid experience within Performance Management and Lean
  • Experience in driving Performance Management and Lean implementation across countries, functions, and organisational units.
  • Practical experience from operational or production environment.
  • A track record of working with Continuous Improvement turning insights and data into concrete operational improvements.

About the role and the team

This is a Nordic role working across countries and functions. You will be a part of the Strategic Transformation and Operational Excellence team in Nordic Underlay Delivery & Access Lines. You will collaborate closely with The Management Teams and Operational leaders in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Your role is to provide the structure, methods, and support that enable local teams to implement Performance management and Lean, while operational leaders retain ownership of their daily performance and implementation.

You will also work across functions, including Finance, HR, IT, and Data, and collaborate closely with colleagues working with process improvement and automation.

Your success will be very visible in the organisation, as you will secure that we will have a new way of planning, executing and reviewing our production, and in our ability to identify performance gaps, solve problems systematically, share best practices

What you’ll be working on

  • Design and implement a common Nordic Performance Management and Lean system, including relevant KPIs and dashboards, daily, weekly, and monthly planning and performance dialogues.
  • Build and prioritise a Nordic pipeline of Continuous Improvement initiatives and drive structured root-cause analysis and cross-functional improvements.
  • Train and coach leaders and employees in Performance Management, Lean, and practical problem-solving, helping embed new ways of working into daily operations.
  • Track realised improvements together with relevant stakeholders and identify opportunities where process improvements can enable further automation.

Your profile

You combine a structured and analytical approach with a collaborative mindset and a strong focus on measurable results. You create momentum by bringing people together, turning insights into practical action, and keeping a clear focus on outcomes.

You are comfortable working across operational teams, functions, countries, and senior stakeholders, building alignment and helping turn shared priorities into tangible improvements.

You know that sustainable improvement requires ownership in the organisation. You work closely with leaders and teams to build the capabilities and routines they need to continuously improve performance, while helping maintain pace and progress.

You are pragmatic when data or systems are not perfect and persistent when change takes time, balancing long-term capability building with delivering improvements at pace. Fluency in English is important for the Nordic scope of the role, while a Scandinavian language would be an advantage.
