Management Assistant – Group Data & Analytics

Job Description

As Management Assistant, you’ll support our Group Data & Analytics Director and help an international department work well together. You’ll manage schedules and travel, coordinate budget information with Finance, prepare meetings and follow up on actions.

Plans and priorities can change quickly. You bring structure to that environment, spot what needs attention and make sure the right people have the information they need. Every day at work, you’ll also be doing your part for the charities we support.

What you’ll do

• Support the Group Data & Analytics Director with their schedules, meetings, travel and day-to-day organisation.
• Coordinate budget information between budget holders and Finance, and help keep records and reports accurate and clear.
• Prepare presentations, agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Help coordinate projects by keeping track of plans, deadlines and the people involved.
• Organise communications, events and training sessions across the international department.

What you bring

• Experience in management support, executive support, project support or a similar coordinating role.
• The ability to adapt when priorities change. You see what needs attention, adjust your plans and keep things moving, even when plans are still taking shape.
• A practical, organised approach and the confidence to follow up with people at different levels.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to work independently.
• Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in a data, IT or technology environment is helpful, but you don’t need to be a data specialist.
