As a Data & Analytics Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Group Data & Analytics Directors and the further development of one internationally aligned Data & Analytics organisation. You’ll provide administrative and organisational support and help coordinate budgeting, projects, communications, meetings, events and travel.

Are you pragmatic, highly organised and precise, with experience working in a Data & Analytics, IT or technology environment? Join our international team and help our Directors and wider department work together effectively across countries. Every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Group Data & Analytics Directors with administrative, organisational and project-related activities.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate the financial process between budget holders within Group Data & Analytics and the Finance team.
  • Help ensure accurate, transparent and clearly structured budget administration and reporting.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas and minutes and distribute them to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications, correspondence, events and training sessions across the international Data & Analytics organisation.

You’d describe yourself as follows:

  • You have experience in an administrative, management-support, project-support or comparable coordinating role.
  • You are proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You have exceptional organisational and time-management skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • You work accurately and independently, while keeping deadlines and relevant stakeholders in mind.
  • You are a collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and have experience within a Data & Analytics, IT, technology or comparable business environment.
