We are currently looking for both experienced and entry-level Wiring Harness Assembly Technicians to join our team. At Koenigsegg, high quality and precision are at the core of everything we do. As part of our Wiring Harness department, you'll work alongside skilled technicians and engineers, contributing to the production of high-quality electrical systems for our high-performance vehicles.

In this role you will:

  • Assemble Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) wiring harnesses and cables according to drawings and schematics
  • Perform cable cutting, preparation, crimping, routing and assembly
  • Build and modify prototypes and support rework and troubleshooting
  • Perform testing and quality control to ensure wiring harnesses meet required standards
  • Support on-board assembly and installation of wiring harnesses in vehicles
  • Identify and resolve issues related to wiring, components and assembly
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Integration, Production and Quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in assembly methods, quality and production processes

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone who is curious, open-minded and motivated to take on new challenges. Previous experience in wiring or electronics is appreciated, but not required, you will receive proper training and guidance on site.

Requirements:

  • Curiosity and an open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A precise and thorough approach to your work, with strong attention to detail when following instructions, drawings and technical documentation
  • An interest in meticulous craftsmanship and hands-on technical work. Experience with electrical wiring or electronics is appreciated, but not required
  • A strong team-oriented mindset, as reliability and cooperation are essential within our large and collaborative team
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, as we operate in an international environment

For experienced candidates:

We are also looking for a highly skilled Wiring Harness Assembly Technician who can take on a leading role within the team, supporting complex harness manufacturing while sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Meritorious experience:

  • Significant professional experience manufacturing complex electrical wiring harnesses, such as low-volume, prototype or motorsport-style harnesses
  • The ability to interpret detailed harness drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs, and independently manufacture complex harnesses from technical documentation
  • Strong fault-finding, rework and prototyping skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to workmanship
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or equivalent experience working to high-reliability workmanship standards
  • Experience training, mentoring or supervising other harness technicians, as well as communicating technical issues and solutions effectively with engineers
