Skills & Requirements
As a Consultant/Lead, you'll be responsible for growing and managing your own recruitment desk while delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and actively grow your client portfolio.
- Source, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive search strategies and networking.
- Consult with clients on market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarking.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different markets and practices to drive regional opportunities.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious recruiters who enjoy building relationships, winning business, and making placements.
- Proven experience in agency recruitment and a successful track record in a 360 recruitment environment.
- Experience recruiting within Technology, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Corporate Functions, Industrial, or related sectors.
- Singapore CEI Certification.
- Strong business development and sales capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Singapore recruitment market and regional hiring trends is advantageous.
