Tech Support Analyst

- 1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to provide daily updates and status reports
- Imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
- Break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting, end to end
- Testing returned devices through the return merchandise (RMA) process
- Recovering assets through IT asset return and offboarding tickets, including scanning devices in and out
- Fulfilling software installation/update requests and troubleshooting
- Supporting our virtual environment (VM requests and related issues)
Skills & Requirements
