Skills & Requirements
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
- Education: Trade School Certificate or completion of an Apprenticeship.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment including welding and fabrication. Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, speak, and comprehend both languages.
- Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Physical Demands: Manufacturing environment. Able to lift up to 60 lbs. stoop and bend.
- Work environment: Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
