Skills & Requirements
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Experience: Recommended but not required of one (1) year experience performing similar processes.
- Supervisory skills: Minimum of six (6) months in supervisory/leadership role.
- Language skills: Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
- Math skills: Able to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
- Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12-hour shift; Able to push up to 80 lbs. on rollers or wheels.
- Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours.
- Minimum height requirement of 60 inches.
- Work environment: Hot & humid in summer months, cold during winter.
