About the job

As an IoT Technical Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring service stability and quality for our most important customers. You’ll manage relationships with large and strategic accounts, consult on advanced technical solutions, and lead initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and proactive partner for customers.
  • Managing complex technical challenges and providing advanced solution consulting.
  • Ensuring service stability and meeting SLAs/SLOs for customers.
  • Leading major incident management and coordinating resources for resolution.
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Driving customer governance through regular meetings and operational reviews, with clear stakeholder alignment, KPI tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • You have extensive experience in service management and customer success.
  • You possess in-depth technical knowledge in IoT and mobile network services.
  • You are skilled at managing complex incidents and escalations.
  • You have strong communication skills and are good at building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You communicate fluently in English. Italian, Spanish or German languages are bonus.
