Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house and through collaboration and curiosity, we set high aspirations and strive for excellence. We value everyone’s contribution and embrace feedback to develop ourselves and others. We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.
As Supply Chain Planner at our Tokyo Office you will play a key role in the operational coordination of Acne Studios' supply chain activities in Japan. You are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the external 3PL JP partner, managing the inbound QC process together with the 3PL vendor and the HQ QC department, handling import and export processes with the import broker, and maintaining the daily relationship with key JP suppliers.
The role combines operational coordination with continuous improvement, supporting supply chain development projects for the JP market and assisting local Commercial teams with delivery-related matters and challenges.
You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager JP, the People organization, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support the Office Order process for the internal JP organization.
The role splits time between the 3PL warehouse facility in Chiba, and the Acne Studios Japan office in central Tokyo (approximately 2–3 days/week at each location), and reports to the Supply Chain Manager JP.
