Today, our technology moves freight across North America, Europe, and the Middle East for some of the world's biggest shippers.

You will:

• Drive execution across all fundraising and financing initiatives across Einride’s capital structure, including issuance of public equity related instruments and structured debt financings
• Lead project management of external parties (banks, equity / debt investors, expert advisors, etc.)
• Perform analysis and take ownership of financial models and investor materials
• Have ownership of internal finance related projects, including supporting the roll-out of Einride’s long-term financial planning, internal forecasting, modelling, budgeting, and general business analysis
• Streamline capital planning workflows and support driving Einride’s financing strategy across the organisation
• You will report to the VP & Head of Corporate Finance

We expect you to:

• Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Corporate Development at a publicly listed company
• Have advanced financial modelling, accounting, and valuation skills, with proven experience of analysing different capital structures
• Be ambitious with a high sense of responsibility and accountability, thriving as an individual contributor as well as a team
• It is also of merit if you have experience from a start-up / scale-up environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication in English
