Roschier is looking to hire a part-time receptionist to join the Catering & Reception team.
Roschier is one of the leading law firms in the Nordic region. We are now looking for an energetic and service-minded part-time receptionist to join our team in Helsinki.
Our team takes pride in providing an exceptional guest experience and delivering first-class service in matters like reception and switchboard, and conference and catering services. We work closely with other teams in our Stockholm and Helsinki offices to meet the needs of the many internal and external customers we serve daily. The role is a diverse combination of responsibilities and requires above all initiative, a hands-on approach and a genuine interest to provide excellent customer service.
The role is a part-time and permanent position (1-4 shifts per week), starting preferably in September or October 2026. Work shifts are mainly during office hours (8-17), but flexibility is appreciated due to occasional evening work related to events, client meetings and other activities at our office. Catering & Reception is part of the broader Communications & Branding team.
Your main tasks will include
- daily reception and switchboard routines, including customer service and welcoming visitors, answering their enquiries and referring them to appropriate contacts
- assisting the catering team
- providing general support to our employees, with a variety of administrative tasks
- daily mail and courier services related routines
- office safety, security and access control related matters, and assisting with other premises related matters
- assistance in property maintenance coordination as needed
