In order to succeed in this role, we think that you are:
- A student expecting to complete your studies by summer 2027, a recent graduate, or a young professional with up to 2 years professional experience from a relevant area
- You have a completed bachelor’s degree in economics/business, law, engineering or equivalent with excellent academic results. A master's degree within a relevant area is meritorious
- A high performer with strong drive and high ambition
- A team player – open minded with ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member. We value diverse backgrounds in our team
- A person who has personal integrity and ability to exercise sound judgement and common sense
- Fluency in English is expected, multilingual and/or Swedish proficiency is meritorious

As a first step of the recruitment process, we use capacity and personality tests to increase the objectivity of the selection process. You will receive the tests by e-mail in connection with your application and we will not process your application until the tests have been completed. If you move on to the next step in the recruitment process, you will be invited to an Assessment Day at our office in Stockholm. The Assessment Day will be in the middle of October 2026.
Based on mutual agreement successful candidates will be based in Stockholm and start in August 2027 or as agreed.
