Skills & Requirements
- Proactively source, engage, and assess high-calibre talent across technology and business functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, and innovative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, creating a sustainable flow of future-ready talent.
- Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence projects to identify key talent pools, competitor landscapes, and emerging skills within the technology sector.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that inform sourcing strategies
- Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to attract diverse and high-performing talent for priority hiring projects.
