Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a passion for quality, testing and continuous improvement? Join us in a key role where you'll combine hands-on testing with broader responsibility for developing ways of working, processes and quality assurance across Tre.

About the role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Tre, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our business-critical systems and customer journeys. You will plan, execute, and follow up on both manual and automated testing of the solutions owned by the team, that includes areas such as credit check, payments, point-of-sale systems, and handset financing. Through a structured and proactive approach to quality assurance, you will help deliver stable systems, efficient processes and great experience for our users.

The role also involves contributing to the further development of the team's test automation capabilities. Together with other QA Specialists within Finance & Payments you will set our future test automation ambition, solution and processes. You will identify and implement effective solutions, drive continuous improvement and actively share your knowledge, experience and tools with colleagues across the team. This role will, with focus on automation, drive our “next generation of testing” for the team.

With your experience, you will contribute both operationally and strategically to strengthen the quality of our deliveries, improve the efficiency of our testing efforts and improve our overall delivery pace. For us, one perspective to improve efficiency is to utilize AI, where secure and appropriate, and we are therefore looking for a pro-AI Quality Assurance specialist.
