The role

We are looking for a Swedish-speaking GTM & Partnerships Associate based in Stockholm to help build Aurem's repeatable commercial traction.

This is a part-time role suited to an ambitious student, recent graduate, or early-career professional. You do not need years of experience or technical expertise. We care more about initiative, clear communication, persistence, sound judgment, and your ability to learn quickly.

This is a part-time, equity-compensated role. The equity structure, vesting schedule, and applicable terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

What you will do

  • Research and identify promising companies, partners, and decision-makers
  • Run thoughtful outreach in Swedish and English through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify prospects and help turn initial interest into discovery meetings and next steps
  • Prepare for customer conversations, demos, and partnership discussions
  • Own timely follow-ups and keep our CRM accurate and useful
  • Test messages, target segments, and outreach approaches to learn what works best
  • Capture customer feedback and turn it into practical insights for positioning and product decisions
  • Help build simple, repeatable processes for prospecting, qualification, and partnerships

Skills & Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Fluent Swedish and English
  • Currently based in Stockholm and comfortable working both remotely and in person
  • Able to continue for at least 10 hours per week from September 1st onward
  • Comfortable speaking with new people, including cold-calling and communicating with decision-makers
  • Strong ownership, persistence, and startup judgment
  • Able to understand a technical B2B proposition and explain it in clear insurance language
  • Curious about enterprise AI, risk, cybersecurity, or the enterprise adoption of agentic AI

Helpful, but not required

  • Experience from B2B sales, prospecting, partnerships, business development, customer success, consulting, a student organization, or your own project
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or structured sales processes
  • Experience in fast-moving environments

You may be studying at KTH, SSE, another university, or following a different path. A particular degree, field of study, or number of years of experience is not required. If the role sounds exciting but you do not meet every preferred qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

What you will get

  • Meaningful ownership of real commercial work
  • Practical experience in customer discovery, enterprise sales, and B2B partnerships
  • A close view of how an early-stage company builds its go-to-market motion
  • Flexible part-time work with regular in-person collaboration in Stockholm
  • Equity compensation with terms clearly agreed when the role begins.

Applications are welcome in Swedish or English.

  • Business Development Coach from KTH

  • Centrally located office space (KTH Campus)

  • Be part of the thriving KTH Innovation Community

  • Access to mentor and investor network

  • Credits and workshops from KTH partners

  • Proof-of-concept funding

  • Access to Media Studio and Makerspace

  • IP and legal counseling

About the company

Aurem Group (Supported by KTH Innovation and part of a batch in KTH Innovation Sprint; Backed by SSE Ventures; Featured on Dagens Industri & BreakIt; Supported by KTH Innovation & SSE Business Lab) is the control plane & insurance infrastructure for the agentic economy: an independent authority layer that lets enterprises deploy millions of AI agents without surrendering control of cost, capital or consequence. Aurem optimizes token spend, prevents infinite loop failures and token waste. Aurem also lets enterprises run advanced open weight AI directly on their own infrastructure, giving them full control over data while reducing token spending. Aurem's tamper-evident evidence recorder reconstructs every agentic action and outcome, creating the foundation for accountable, auditable and insurable autonomous enterprise operations.

Aurem Group has also been selected to participate in KTH Innovation Collide in Kungsträdgården on September 10 and SSE Business Lab’s internationally broadcast Investor Demo Day, opening conversations for Aurem’s next funding round.
