Do you have extensive experience within ventilation and indoor climate, combined with a passion for technical innovation and knowledge sharing? Do you enjoy turning technical expertise and customer insight into new solutions and products? Then you may be our new Senior Engineer within Indoor Climate Solutions (ICS).

You will be part of Global Products & Innovation – R&D ICS, working closely with experienced colleagues within R&D, sales and technical support.

Lindab operates in an international environment, and you will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation as well as external stakeholders and customers.

In this senior specialist role, you will contribute with your expertise within ventilation and indoor air quality, while supporting the continued development of Lindab's products, tools and technical knowledge.

The position

As a person, you have strong technical curiosity and enjoy combining your specialist knowledge with innovation and practical problem-solving. You are comfortable acting as a technical partner to colleagues and customers and can translate complex technical subjects into practical understanding.

You enjoy sharing your knowledge and developing the expertise of others, while remaining curious about new technologies, customer needs and future solutions within ventilation and indoor climate.

You have a relevant engineering or technical background combined with professional experience within ventilation, indoor climate or HVAC. Experience with product development, technical calculations, simulations, research activities or the development of calculation and design tools will be an advantage.

You are comfortable communicating in English and working across functions and borders in an international organisation.

Your responsibilities

As Senior Engineer ICS, you will play a key role in strengthening and developing Lindab’s expertise within indoor air quality and ventilation. Working across R&D, sales and technical support, you will combine your specialist knowledge with customer insights to contribute to both existing and future solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sharing specialist knowledge within indoor air quality and ventilation and providing technical support to colleagues.
• Developing and improving sales, calculation and visualisation tools.
• Working closely with sales and customers to understand technical challenges and translate customer needs into new ideas, concepts and potentially patentable solutions.
• Contributing to research activities, technical pre-studies, simulations and the analysis and quality assurance of product data.

An important part of the role will be to share your expertise, contribute to continuous improvements and help develop Lindab’s products, tools and technical solutions for the future.
