Nordic Growth Manager – Digital, CRM & Loyalty

McDonald’s is increasingly becoming a digitally enabled business. Across the four Nordic markets, a significant and growing share of our customers identify themselves through our digital ecosystem, giving us the opportunity to build deeper customer relationships and create more relevant experiences.

Digital customers visit more frequently than non-digital customers. Our next growth opportunity is therefore not simply to only acquire more digital customers, but to increase the value and engagement of our existing customer base through smarter segmentation, personalization, loyalty and activation.

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytically strong Nordic Growth Manager, Digital, CRM & Loyalty to build and lead our digital growth agenda across the four Nordic markets together with the Nordic Media & Digital Director and Nordic Digital Engagement Lead.

The Nordic Growth Manager will develop a scalable growth strategy and translate it into concrete digital commercial activation plans across markets, channels and customer journeys. Furthermore, the role will also have responsibility for driving the commercial performance of our loyalty proposition, ensuring that our points program, rewards and partner ecosystem create compelling value for customers while delivering sustainable incremental growth for the business.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of commercial strategy, digital/CRM/loyalty strategy & performance, analytics and marketing, requiring someone who can move comfortably between strategy, customer insights & analytics and hands-on commercial execution on our customer facing digital platforms.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical growth professional who knows how to turn customer insights and data into actions that drive measurable business impact.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Relevant experience within digital growth, CRM, loyalty, customer strategy, commercial analytics, e-commerce or a related discipline.
  • Experience from a scaled consumer business with a significant customer base – ideally a high-frequency, transactional business.
  • Proven experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, CRM and personalization, preferably combined with loyalty or promotional optimization.
  • Strong commercial understanding of revenue, margin, customer economics and ROI, and confidence working with customer and transactional data.
  • A solid understanding of customer lifetime value, retention, churn, cohort analysis, incrementality and A/B testing.
  • The ability to translate complex data and insights into clear commercial priorities and actionable growth initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and markets without relying on formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience from grocery/retail, e-commerce or marketplaces, telecom, fintech/payments, airlines/travel loyalty or consumer subscription businesses would be particularly relevant.

  • Experience working in a Nordic, international or other multi-market organization is considered a strong advantage.

The position is a full-time, permanent role and can be based at either our office in Frederiksberg, Denmark, or at Waterfront in central Stockholm, Sweden.

If you have any questions to the role, please reach out to Frederik Qvitzau, Nordic Digital Engagement Lead at frederik.qvitzau@dk.mcd.com.
